Return & Exchange Policy

Important rules

  • SALE ITEMS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE ONLY.
  • Return restrictions may be applied to any accounts that exceed our returns threshold. If you have returned over 70% of your orders in the last year, your account may be ineligible for further returns and all future purchases will be final sale.

Standard returns

Need help with a return?

  • We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason it didn’t work out, you can return the unworn garment(s) within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items returned in their original condition will be refunded in full, minus a processing fee ($10 in the US, $24 in Canada).
  • Discounted sale items are exchangeable but not returnable. Sale items are eligible for exchange and store-credit only.
Please note: To qualify for a refund the item must be unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

How to start a return or exchange

  1. Enter your order number and the email or phone used for the order in the return form (on the right).
  2. Choose whether you want a refund or an exchange (for sale items only exchanges/store-credit are permitted).
  3. Pack the item securely and follow the instructions we send to your email to ship the return.

Processing & timeline

  • Once we receive the returned item, it may take up to 7 business days to inspect and process your refund or exchange.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus any applicable processing fee.
  • If your account is restricted due to excessive returns, we will notify you by email. Restricted accounts may have future purchases marked as final sale.

سياسة الإرجاع والاستبدال — (العربية)

قواعد هامة

  • السلع المخفضة مؤهلة للاستبدال فقط.
  • قد تُطبق قيود على الإرجاع على أي حسابات تتجاوز حدود الإرجاع لدينا. إذا قمتِ بإرجاع أكثر من 70% من طلباتك خلال العام الماضي، فقد يصبح حسابك غير مؤهل لمزيد من الإرجاع وجميع المشتريات المستقبلية ستكون نهائية.

الإرجاع القياسي

  • نريدك أن تحبي مشترياتك! إذا لم تكن مناسبة لسبب ما، يمكنك إرجاع القطعة (غير المستخدمة) خلال 14 يومًا من استلام الطلب.
  • القطع التي تُرجع بحالتها الأصلية سيتم إرجاع ثمنها بالكامل بعد خصم رسوم معالجة (10$ في الولايات المتحدة، 24$ في كندا).
  • السلع المخفضة قابلة للاستبدال فقط وليست قابلة للاسترداد نقدًا — مؤهلة للاستبدال أو رصيد المتجر فقط.
ملاحظة: للاستفادة من الاسترداد يجب أن تكون القطعة غير مستعملة، غير مغسولة، مع وجود البطاقة/الوسم الأصلي وتغليفها الأصلي. نحتفظ بالحق في رفض الإرجاع إذا لم تستوفِ الشروط.
